If your aim is to oust the entire BOD; which of the three proposed Directors is intending to become Chairman, and most responsible for conducting any negotiations? Do you have that time to give around current commitments?


Personally I'll vote two of the current BOD out, the three proponents in, and keep the current Chairman to keep some continuity.
