There is NO merger or Acquisition. Its simply distribution of LLL shares on a proportional basis.

Its a simple run on an excel spreadsheet.

Any firm can do that.

You should note, everyone of these companies listed on the ASX, engages outside parties to do these things. Its not like they do it inhouse.

Even the current board in FFX will engage outside parties to do this.

All of these works (including previous ones) have mostly been done by outsiders. The board simply make decisions, based on the options available before them.
