If not, will you have a professional adviser on standby for this? I note your independent legal adviser (who is going to provide proxy assistance at the EGM), Ailyn Tydde, is a partner in the same law firm as Daniel Tydde who also acts as Company Secretary for ASX-listed Vulcan Energy Resources, so a wealth of knowledge presumably exists for this administrative task if called upon.
