    Seriously, do you really think the current board are doing these things inhouse???

    Have a look at all the outside parties (legal, accounting, share registry, brokers) they have engaged in the past.

    Non-executive Directors sit on many boards.

    Their job is to make decisions based on all the options presented before them.

    Their decisions are carried out by the MD, Secretary and outsiders who would be engaged to complete the tasks.

    If you guys are that worry, you can always engage the former MD (Lowe) on a consultancy basis - say $2500 per day (the same you would be paying Fraser). He could simply answer via emails and phone calls and can do his work on weekend.

    And Lowe would have more understanding of the day-to-day running of the company than Non-Executive Directors. Note, there is nothing to preclude Lowe from taking on a consultancy role at FFX (even after he has left the company).

    IMHO, you would only need him (consulting) for 3 months.
