Its the question you should ask the "Prospective Directors"
I believe (after reading their objectives) the difference is: the prospective directors want to distribute LLL shares back to shareholders but the current board want to "try" to sell it first and if that failed, they would distribute LLL shares.
The other difference I noticed was the offer of better communication and accountabilities - guess this part is dependent on the viewpoint of current shareholders
In any case, you should ask these questions to both sides.
