The companies are completely different.
EGR - proposed Spherical Graphite and Graphite mine
FGR - Graphene, Hydrogen, VFD ect.

EGR's rerate was all driven by the German market. The market was provided with the information they had been waiting for which has resulted in the SP climbing from around 7c (3c Covid low) to $1.00 today.


Both companies (IMO) have horrible communication with shareholders. I hope all of this will change with Mike takes control of the company. With $25mil of options soon to be converted, I would like to see a significant amount converted to drive our European factory Chris M mentioned in his GEIC video and USA expansion, develop our Hydrogen IP that Andy and Paul have been working on when they were at Thomas Swan, and get VFD into commercial production.
