    Mike Bell acknowledged, even just a few weeks ago, that Todd is an industry expert and FGR didn't have the right approach to getting graphene into cement and concrete before Todd joined and "re-educated" them.



    An announcement on the advertised position for Commercial Director  Cement & Concrete) would be good right about now.
