Options are usually offered as an incentive to participate in a CR. My point is that a lot of options can sometimes be just as damaging or even more damaging than dilution from a CR to some holders. It may not be in the best interest of some people; those that bought on market and especially directors that hold a different type of option that expire in 2023. Exercising FGROC to those mentioned will likely dilute their shares with little gain.
Again, just a though experiment.
