    I like your non biased way of thinking.

    Just want to point out though, that if the options were to be in the money now or very soon, the options would be far a less costly/dilutive way to source funds.
    If the company was to source funds through traditional a cap raise, ie cornerstone/sophisticated investor, we would easily be facing a 10-20% loss for the cost of the raise. Yes the options still have fees attached but are far less.

    I am still left scratching my head why we would need to raise funds taking into account the current balance and the almost zero sales. Doesn’t smell of near term prosperity.
    Does anyone find it a but suspicious that the bomb was dropped about a possible raise soon and then the very next day they Ann a new director that specialises in “commercial and corporate law with a focus on cap raising” ?
    What a coincidence !
