Hi Biggles.

Doesn't it all depend on what the funds are raised for?

If the money is required for working capital purposes it will confirm everything you have mentioned.
If the funds are raised to expand the company I won't have to many issues.

Our seller - Its possible its our outgoing CEO, he had already dropped a few million shares after retiring.
