I have been advised that complaining to ASIC could be of benefit to our cause - particularly if we focus on directors failing to discharge their duties as directors with diligence .....coz that can amount to negligence - a civil case would be much easier to progress if ASIC prosecutes first! They have more powers to inquire, investigate and require answers than others.
