Interest rates have risen .75% in 3 consecutive months and are expected to keep rising. Property values are also at all time highs, ofcourse they are now looking at smaller properties further away from the city....they have no other choice. Spin it however you like.
I have also read how many are now propsective FHB are chosing to save now in expectation of better opportunities in the future....
