fhb grant in sydney

I was watching the news (allan kholler i think sp?)on property the other night.
Ok some figures for NSW, Allan quoted that there were 2000 fhb/stamp duty exemptions applications in October and 4000 applications in November (dec figures not out yet).
I would expect the december figures to be up around the november mark(or more).
I expect the Nsw prop market to hold value due to " the new young lambs to the slaughter " grabbing their gov incentives before the dec 31st cut off date.
In 2012 god help them!
