you should see youtube about alt a mortgages being reset in the USA this year and next...frightening to say the least
there will always be a place for good property and shares, just the days of making easy money are over...growth of even 10% a year will be almost imposible to maintain
and still the states, europe and the UK print money like there is no tmw
