    How can this company bring out a statement regarding a PER document in accordence with the EPA when already right next door Citic are laying the ground bear with their progress. We the share holders need something more substancial then this as an anouncement for the month of March.
    Then to really put the icing on the cake we will not see any more news until third quarter 2009 well there goes this year, maybe the ecconommic downturn will be over by then and this share will just kick into gear as it happens
