The good thing is booz that we can short and go long the ASX. wouldn't it be good if we could short houses also.

Had a look in the local property week last weekend for the first time in 4 months and it would appear that mass psychology/ emotion is just as alive in propery as the share market, only there is months of warning time in property instead of just a day or less in shares.

End of the day gotta agree with Warnie, probably a good time to hunt out a bargin in property in the right areas if the buyers are in a posistion to hold as a long term investment.
