I think the construction industry will be propped up a lot longer than people think from the increased FHOG. There is bound to be a rush towards the end of June for people signing their building contracts to get the extra $14k. A lot of these houses will not even commence building until next year and some later depending on the size of the rush and the backlog that it creates.
