Hi Railgun
The question is how did Todd get a deal with Chinese done while FMS have not... I have one reason - because they have a viable transport solution to get the ore to market, without that no customer is going to sign up.
Happy to hear other thoughts on why FMS could not do deal and Todd could.
The follow on question is why should a party be expected to pay for the additional value they have created....?
