annual report F111, BRO is and has been "insolvent" some time. It will only be a matter of time before it follows ETC into the corporate dumping ground, unless it can address its current liabilities. Creditors will only wait for so long before they move in for the kill. Historically, the Tax department is one of those secured creditors with little patience.
