    I assume you are after the maths.

    First find the range i.e 9.2 minus 4.1 = 5.1c. Range is 5.1c.
    .236% of range(5.1) = 1.20c. Therefore 9.2 - 1.2 = 8c.
    .382% of range = 1.95c. 9.2 - 1.95 = 7.25.

    One still need to make a judgement as to the direction of the market (up or down) and the volatilty (e.g 25%). There is no silver bullet!
