fickle chaos, page-10

So...alot of people are talking this stock up.

I understand that rare earths are an essential ingredient for electronics and various forms of technology but has this company stated when they expect to start production, costs to extract and are there any customers already lined up? Further, I don't know much about management and the board...can anyone give me some insight please? Finally, there has been a sudden increase in the share price ver the past 2 months...is this because rare earths have been getting alot more publicity and the odd substantial buyer or am I missing something?

Obviously, I am new to LYC.
