    I note from the recent (Citi) presentation that FID on Balai cluster is due in December, 2013.

    Anyone heard if this has been delayed or are they running it to the line?

    Assuming the capital expenditure will be largely debt funded (say 60%) has anyone any thoughts on size of field capex and how they may fund the equity proportion?

    I am interested in taking a big position in ROC, but it currently looks like it is cum a substantial equity raising with the FID.
