fidelity becomes a significant shareholder

Fidelity Management and Research Co. and Fidelity International have become sustantail holders with 5.08%. This might not sound like big news but it is - Fidelity are conservative investors and the shareholding is by a range of Pension Funds within their group. Fidelity is also a major partner of Perpetual - also conservative value investors.

Ted implied a month or so back that major institutions were growing on the register - and this backs it up. Good to see. These guys won't sell it down or exit stage left during quiet periods - in fact they will accumulate whenever the sp is attractive.
