It was part of a 6 million dollar capital raising, the half million is just a small part of it. The raising is only going to dilute around 10% yet the share price has crashed 75% (on the ASX), (the US security has been going back to a much higher price and then crash a huge amount in the last few days). A dilution of 1% for one month is not good but worth it to get the company to turn around. we are closer to significant revenue then we have ever been: builders have seen and liked what was done and are probably busy redesigning houses to exploit the advantage of the Hadrian X which proved it could build house walls in 8 hours with only 3 people. Multiple RnD interests including a demonstration with the shipbuilding division (long boom reliant) of a gigantic company which is now focusing on robotics (SAMSUNG) and also offering the services of everything down to painting possibly basically a large robotics hacker space for multinationals in the age of AI. Mike has gone, we now have Mark in charge. Engineers make great CEOs: Bill Gates, Henry Ford, Zuckerberg, the difficulty of this engineering is why we had to have someone else doing the CEO work whilst it was perfected. Now FBR can focus on revenue generating activities led by the person who best knows the machine and the technology, he is also the original person who got everyone else on board.

Respect JAJA, but Mark just isn’t CEO material. We should have learnt our lesson by now, after the latest debacle.
