We have been told builders want to use it (I assume small builders), and that the hx works properly and should earn enough to make a decent profit.
However some people said FBR is not builder, it costs too much to operate, and costs too much to set up the building/WaaS business.
So, which is it? Why cant FBR clarify the true situation?
Personally even if we build a substantial number of houses at cost it does not deprive us of funds, but it shows to the rest of the world what is possible, making it easier to find investors.
But we are doing nothing other than talkfests.
