IMO it is of no consequense to Fuji that there is an other player with a 10 % stake.
1. Fidelity is a financial institution, IMO no interest in owning/operating CYP, and therefore not a strategig thread to Fuji.
2. Fuji has an 8% stake.
3. Fuji has a 90 day option to enter into licence arrangements on commercially acceptable terms.
4. Fuji has the resources to block any takeover attempt by upping to over 10%, anytime they need, through the market or CYP placement)
5. Fuji has no interest in taking over CYP any time soon.
IMO it is of no consequense to Fuji that there is an other...
