    Fidelity now a substantial (>5%) shareholder.

    Very good sign.

    Fidelity are one of the world's largest institutional investors.

    They were allocated just over 4 million shares in the placement but importantly they have been buying since then in the mid to high 90's so they are seeing value at those levels.
