Breach - probably both sides breached so down to fine print , what has been said verbally and lawyers to argue and then man in wig to allocate "blame"and subsequent value on who did what first etc etc.
That's the lottery of the legal system . You can be 99% right and still get shafted on the day in court

It is the scale of loss you would like to limit and quarantine and obviously leave open any upside - just never know with courts as not sure what damages are allowed in Florida
