The court case outcome at it worst might take a little longer for the Savings in Overheads to pay for, whatever the result we will get the Machine Back, and in the long term reap the benefits of the Move "Barring Noah Blinding a Boat"

I can see how it is a dark cloud hanging over the SP but it will pass, agree it would be nice to do an out of court settlement, but im not sure the new management will be to focused on it. Hopefully they have the eyes on new opportunities....
