I think Wayne stays on as Chairman but Humberto is the CEO, responsible globally for all day - to - day management decisions of Yowie. Sal, CEO of Yowie Noth America, will report to him . I'm in no doubt that Humberto is numero uno.
Nothing wrong with taking profits to see what unfolds but for me this is exactly what I wanted. Senior management with relevant experience and good connections.
