Fidelity Placement

I'll admit in hindsight i wish i had performed more research on GSW prior to my purchase. one of the 'drivers' for me was the substantial placement of Fidelity which provided the cornerstone of the $75million raise. this gave me the confidence to push the button. can someone explain to me what Fidelity were thinking, and would be thinking with their investment at $4per share? surely they could not be happy??
