Nah I doubt they saw the risk of the share price being less than $1 just 2 months after paying $4. But whoever this was certainly dodged a bullet:
The Company in addition to the oversubscription declined an additional USD $40m strategic investment that it had been offered due to terms and conditions accompanying that capital that at the present were not aligned with the overall broader goals the Company is undertaking.
