This is just sad. Investors who think it will be business as usual after a few days could lose most if not all their money as this company will not have cash to pay for litigation and any TO buyer will have to take on that liability if they consider buying it - if $300m is the CA than basically means the buyer would be paying ~$350-400m for this business (MC +CA-cash) even at todays prices, no premium!! The more if falls, the smaller the door on the way out...
