Would i have put as much money into gsw if I knew about the prolonged pilots? probably not, but worst case now I can join the class action due to failure to disclose important information to the public: that's something management should have known better about

Key risks;
1.Class action coming to fruition
2.Fidelity somehow locking up or getting their 75 million back. If gsw don't have that money to expand with their burn rate they would have to do another capital raising but this time at less than 1 dollar just to keep the lights on.
3. High risk of new customers signed Amazon, Yum, CBA, and NA Williams walking away (with no penalty or asx announcement mind you) either because they dont want to be associated with a company that has perceived crooked management or think getswift would collapse soon and couldnt support them, a class action would make them worry.
4. Take over now won't happen and more a believer now it was just a rumour to help people get out.
5. Implementation risk. If getswift announcements are real ( and honestly we don't know if they are) they need to get on with implementing and as shareholders we need to see these quantum leaps in deliveries in q2 and q3 2018

Key benefits

If gsw have actually genuinely signed up yum, cba, naw and amazon and thread contracts turn into just 1 tenth of the deliveries they are claiming then deliveries by end of this year should exceed 20 million deliveries a month. At the moment they are at 1.2 million a quarter so we need to see a 40x growth in deliveries or 4000 percent! to know that Bane and McDonald werent bullshittinf shareholders and investors alike. If they can pull that off the company's a very bright future.

I got out today because I can see way more downside then upside at the moment and let's face it, management haven't been forthcoming with shareholders during this sheet fight and have had plenty of chances. Still no updates on na williams timing and how it will be rolled out and to who first and how is it going to work. And no update on Amazon. With the lack of disclosure unfortunately the public will value these announcements as zero worth, because who can trust a management team that lies or doesn't disclose the truth about their business?

Good luck to all holders, too much risk for now but maybe get on board later. Will lick my wounds and significant losses, join the class action and try make the losses up elsewhere!
