Fidelity obviously saw long term value in the investment. They would have been aware of the risks and the fact the MC at the time was high and likely to come under pressure but a CR was needed to execute on planned work and the SP at the time happened to be $4 ish. They will take a hit on paper in the short term but, like all longs, they believe the potential is there. Hard to consider though in weeks like this I admit
