UCM is boring again so I was poking around this weekend to find something.While I was aware that audit/corruption investigations caused Sihuan to be suspended for a year I only just found the below note that clarified a bit more of what happened.

Goes to show the risk of distribution in China. Also, on an unrelated note (pun not intended), is Teresa related to Weicheng Guo…? I know Guo is a common name and the only link is she is Meng's appointment, but I guess it wouldn't be a bad thing.
