Fidelity – which has more than $US3.3 trillion ($4.5 trillion) in assets under management – has agreed to cornerstone Recce's $28 million capital raising that's expected to launch as early as Monday morning.
It is understood the placement was expected to be priced at $1.30 a share, which represented a 20.5 per cent discount to Recce's last close and a 16 per cent discount to the 20-day VWAP.
