Fidelity - Zero Fee Index Mutual Funds

Anyone read the news regarding the introduction of zero fee index mutual funds by Fidelity.

Interesting development in the race to the lowest fees for passive investment vehicles. I think we have now reached the bottom...

Active management now looks very expensive.. when you are competing with no fee funds!

P.S. This is not an active/passive debate. However, one would think this would have to lead to lower fees for all.
