Call me old fashioned but I believe the directors of a company have a fiduciary duty to all shareholders. Not to any particular shareholder or group of shareholders.....but to all shareholders.
On the surface this latest prank served the interests of a unknown group of shareholders who have profited handsomely at the expense and on the back of the ordinary shareholder.
