Fiduciary Responsibilities of Board Directors, page-3

I have just emailed the company expressing my disgust at their conduct specifically in regard to the issue price they arrived at for this placement (fat lot of good it will do) but I feel very frustrated with what has transpired.
I have asked them for an explanation of how they arrived at the price of 1^c when the last closing price prior to the halt was 2.7^c and it hasn't traded below 2^c for about two weeks!
On the bright side, I suppose there will be a chance to top up at a reduced price before, hopefully, it starts to go north again driven by PEP11 optimism.
