No I am not suggesting that, what I am suggesting is that, is that an Arbitration takes olace in private, it can be held any where that is apporopriate, as in facilities.

It really would nat matter if it was held at Martin Place Securitoes offices.

Better if neutral ground is used , Sydney IAMA has proper hearing rooms available, the Master Builders Association has rooms in Sydney.
