Hey Grangeh, leave poor old BR alone, after all he has suffered 4 long years with CTP and his frustration is bringing him on the brink of throwing banana peels at CTP. Anyone with an once of knowledge on arbitration will know that it can be facilitated in a number of each, mostly between the consenting partners, not the general public, after all it’s not the Rome coliseum, its all done in private free from the likes of you, me and BR
In the past JH has stated that CTP is very approachable and that he will do his best to speak to him on our behalf (read his past posts) In all honesty, and if I would need the feel to distube a busy man (JH) I would prefer to represent myself.

By the way, I hope you are all not loosing faith in CTP just yeat, still more down ward pressure, may be able to buy lowwwer on Monday.
