I don't think it's so much a bigger pot, but a more certain target rather than a 'risked' target? If the current 'target' were to eventuate then it prices MHL at at least 10c, being very conservative. So why hasn't the SP been re-rated? It's due to the risk/uncertainty of it all. This is just my take on the issue.
