I agree with JB.
On its own the nbn means little to most people. But remember an election has not yet been called and the opposition will as usual be waiting for the right time to flesh out its policies. Once it makes sence to do so politically the libs will release their answer to the NBN and in so doing will raise public awareness of the obvious failings of the NBN.

Taken on its own the NBN is not a election winner, but as the big ticket crown of thorns sitting on top of a pile of mismanaged projects it could be a big influence on voters sentiment.
