I agree with your sentiment in terms of proof. Hard to do so though. These types of investments are risk based. I was reading on the IGO website how much they committed to exploration this FY. Was $55m and they've had to cut it by $20m due to downturn in economy. That's still $35m in exploration. Where does that leave juniors with their $1 or 2m after a CR? It's all a mugs game.
