Look at the no. of fiascos that emerged from the woodwork recently.

And you know what - My $1 view is mkt will recover
very soon becos

1)
KRudd will not have the political will or personal tenacity to implement his "infamous" 40% supertax.


2)
the review has a long way to go b4 it is cast in stone

3)
Will only take effect 2012

4)
The reforms will be a much watered down version becos
KRudd will not want to lose the elction.


For the moment, the players have sensed blood and is now going for the kill.


Don't play into their hands - that is what I think. Sooner and I think it might be b4 end of this week the mkt will recover IMHO.

Critical thing to watch, however, is China in the mid term.
Once China goes down the effect on ASX will be absolutely catastrophic.
