One thing is clear buyers are sitting on their hands, a drop in US interest rates will mean the holding costs of all commodities is cheaper, the unknown is the magnitude of the cut. After tomorrow utilities will have more certainty of their costs and maybe it could clear the path to restock inventories, who knows there might be increased interest in buying uranium?
