Dick read the post. They are only responsible for the fundamental changes they have made to the business. The business has not changed! The sp is made up of 40% instrinsic value, the other 60% is the goodwill in the business. The board has no control over how people value BNB above its intrinsic value. Sentiment is bad, SP goes down (use a stop loss), sentiment is good, SP goes up.
Boards are there to run a profitable business, not to manipulate thier SP (check out Enron).
