Yes I think you are right about Heathgate. I think they will not let Four Mile slip out of their hands. It's on their doorstep.

I don't think ITOCHU will end up being in any kind of partnership with Heathgate.

Four Mile will either be owned 100% by Heathgate or by an AGS/Heathgate JV.

If AGS go the distance with the court stuff and AGS win back 100% of Four Mile I still think Heathgate will want to get hold of Four Mile. I guess they will just need to cough up a few more million.
