Consider this....
Some of the companies / investors who contributed millions of dollars recently are clearly satisfied that the IP is secure.
Don't think for one second that multiple people have not scrutinized PAR up and down and poked through all the available info. I also know of a few investors who met with Paul Rennie and openly discussed all sorts of issues including IP.
I'm of the opinion, they have this under control. DYOR.
